Folkekirken for Internationals Choir
Do you like to sing? And would you like to sing together with expats in Copenhagen?
Through music, the choir provides a unique space for internationals and locals alike to connect, celebrate faith, and support each other. You can be an experienced singer or a first-time chorister, there is no audition required -- only an enthusiastic commitment to participating in a reasonably ambitious musical project.
The choir is a SATB ensemble. It performs at selected Sunday services at Eliaskirken and different occasions across Copenhagen.
The choir is conducted by Roberto Masetti, who has three years of experience as a church choir conductor at San Giovanni Battista in Padua in Italy.
Each rehearsal includes a "hygge break," allowing members to connect and make new friends.
When and where?
Rehearsals Wednesdays from 7 pm to 9 pm at Eliaskirken, Vesterbros Torv in Copenhagen.
